MİLTAS NANO is using hybrid electrospinning process that combines magnetostatic and electrostatic field to produce homogenous nano structures. In electromagnetism theory, magnetization is related with vector field that expresses the density of permanent in a magnetic material. Movement within this field is described by direction and is either axial or diametric.​

Magnetospin Expert system can use electric field force or magnetic force field with electric field. We control the electrons motions in well designed and simulated confined boundaries. This system use the magnetization occur electric currents resulting from the motion of electrons or the spin of the electrons or the nuclei. Net magnetization results from the response of a material to an external magnetic field. Magnetization can be compared to electric polarization, the measure of the corresponding response of a material to an electric field.​

Magnetospin Expert is the first large scale nano manufacturing system that combines electric and magnetic field spinning technology. ​

The design of the Expert system is specially made for large-scale manufacturing of nanomaterials and nanofibers. The advantage of this system is the sophisticated structure of electromagnetic spinning system.​

The differential form of the electrical and magnetic field intensity vectors (E and H ) and the electrical and magnetic field induction vectors (D and B) and with the volume density of free electric charges ρ and the volume density of current (conduction current) vector j, was considered during design process. Furthermore, the continuity equation and the law of time-dependent conservation of an electric quantity was also considered.​
